Getfairtravel acts as an “Intermediary” solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for facilitating travel requirements. You acknowledge that Getfairtravel merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate services to you. Getfairtravel is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore Getfairtravel shall not be deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person or entity including airline, hotel, activity provider or similar agency), you shall engage, hire from the content available on the Site.
Getfairtravel may change, alter or remove any part of these below written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any changes done in this Terms and Conditions of Use will be applicable the moment they are posted on the site. This site is for consumer use only. Any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator should not use this site for individual/group bookings. In the event of bookings by any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator through the Site are detected, the Getfairtravel reserves the right, including without limitation, to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice to such travel agent/tour operator/aggregator/consolidator and/or to withhold payments/commissions thereto. The various discounts and offers mentioned on the Site are applicable to the Consumer for the purposes of end use only.
Getfairtravel may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content or services posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
Reservations are not considered confirmed, until ticketed. Fares are dynamic in nature and probabilities of change in them exist. We will contact you if this happens. You can either receive a full refund of the order or pay the fare difference between the original fare and the new fare for issuing the tickets.
In case of cancellation, we will take back the discount offered at the time of booking and it will be deducted from the remaining amount after the deduction of the cancellation penalty and service charge.
OWNERSHIP
All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (the “Content”), are protected by copyright under international conventions and copyright laws. You cannot use the Content for any purpose, except as specified herein.

Customers/Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that the possess all the necessary documents related to travel, such as – Passport, Visa (Any and All Types), OK to Board Certificates, Medical Certificates etc. – before the commencing the journey. Happy Easy Go, does not provide any information for such requirements and neither does it get such information on demand.
Getfairtravel also maintains that, it does not guarantee any refunds in cases of No-show, Go-Show, Boarding Denial, Involuntary De-Boarding due to any reasons. Being a Travel Agent, Happy Easy Go can only make an appeal – acceptance/rejection of which, lies at the airline’s discretion.
For any Discrepancy/disagreement in the issued tickets please call us or mail us within 24 hrs of the ticket issuance time. Post 24 hrs, Getfairtravel does not take any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage.
